Pros

Sizing is accurate for a 38g employee. This bra keeps the girls in place while running. Holds everything in.

The only reason it is a 4, not 5 is my personal preference - not the design or manufacturing. It fits perfectly. Glamorise is my new favorite company.

The straps are not straining and often my other bras leave marks on my chest/shoulders. The clasp back is never my favorite type for a bra but for the sake of physical activity, it is worth it.

I prefer a bra with a bit thicker lining/light padding - but this one is good. Good coverage, even on the sides. Only con is that there's not much separation.

Cons

Sizing is way off. There is a weird seam across the bust that puckers. Not flattering at all.
