Pros & Cons
Pros
Glass door that dog jumps up to and scratches to let me know to let her back inside. This kit works. Just follow the instructions and take your time.
Cons
Would not use this product on laminated glass such as a windshield. Should have at least 12 150 grit pads to do this right.
Should have listened to most of the reviews. Never got a reply of course. Disappointed in this product. Do not use.
Highlights
Quality
I can't say enough good things about this product.
One tip, take your time with the rougher pads cuz it takes a while to get them down.
I started with the medium grit as it recommended and after burning through 2 sanding disks realized i wasn't getting through the scratches.
Severely scratched and pittednight vision very bad.
Packaging/appearance
So i switched to the course grit and i could actually watch the scratches disappear into the new hazy scratched area where i sanded.
In working in fast moving up and down pattern as i work left to right across the glass.
Competitiveness
I repaired a 12x12 area on the front of a 75 gallon bowfront aquarium that was heavily scratched.

Tip the abrasive pad must be spinning fast before it touches the glass

The glass powder that sands off well build slightly on the pada and that combined with heat is what dis the trick to lightly haze the surface and prepare for polish

After reading the reviews i was almost afraid to use this on the windshield of my 2013 kia optima

I had a smudge like thing in the glass where a piece of asphalt hit it

When stupidly using a scotch pad to try to clean overspray off the windshield i took to trying to scrub that smudge off

Needless to say the smudge stayed and the glass now had terrible scratches where it obviously looked like i tried to sand the smudge off
