I then decided to up my game and spent about $100 on a nice pair of ugg slippers but they wore out in only 4 months.

I havent taken them outside so if that is your intent you may want to check other reviews but for relatively smooth paths i dont see how there would be any discomfort

Downside is the pinkytoe area wears out on mine after a couple years with a little hole popping through

They are actually designed to be worn barefoot so if you want to wear with socks order a larger size
