Pros
It has a nice mild scent that reminds me of facial moisturizer. The odor is minimal, all too often these relief creams have a distinctive fragrance. Because there’s no smell to this cream you won’t have worry about people smelling anything.
The lid situation is a little odd compared to the products i've tried in the past, but it still gets the job done, reliably. It has 4% lidocaine. I love this compact size which fits easily into the side pocket of my purse.
This stuff works quickly, and completely numbs itch. Works well on areas of the body that itch and may also be a little painful to the touch. This works very well for pain & itching.
Full time rvers often end up in areas where insects are in abundance. I have some bug bites driving me crazy with nonstop itching. This lidocaine pain relief cream is how you can get rid of the sting.
I use a few days after doing weight training in the gym and it helps alot with the soreness. With out the weird medication scent of other lidocaine creams i've used in the past.

The product does stay sticky for several minutes after application.

This was a 2 pack of cream and is a great price point for them both.
For a 2 pack i feel like this is a good value.

Competitiveness
This stuff is just as good as the name brand.
Was a great price for the two pack (about $10/2 at the time of writing) as well, much cheaper than name brand counterparts.

I do feel that the product separates and becomes wet on the skin vs being absorbed

I’ve been dealing with post viral inflammation issues and often have rashes that reoccur in certain spots but most often on my neck

I use a cream for the rash that my doctor prescribed but i often wake up with gouges on my neck because i’ve been scratching intensely in my sleep

The gouges take much longer to heal once i’ve scratched myself that deeply and the skin starts oozing
