I do think it also has made my hair start to grow back a lttle thicker speaking of which i comes with 100 pills which is almost one third of the year so you can take it for about three months or so don’t quote me on that i was guessing haha but yea it lasts a long time
I take medication that makes my hair fall out and it worked
My nails hair and skin look much better now and i dont even need any face creams
