Pros
These come with halogen bulbs which i would highly suggest replacing with led bulbs. Each bulb can be aimed individually.
I am by no means a novice diyer, but installation in general took less than 10 minutes. Another track we have the blubs are so easy to change. The only drawback is it throws off a massive amount of heat.
The only downside to this is that since it is only held in the center, the light fixture can rotate about the center by hand if you have it mounted to a very smooth cover plate. The only down side to this fixture is the bulbs they send with.
Cons
Globe electric is a good brand but this item definitely disappoints. This is one of the dangers of online shopping that really comes around to bite you.

The bulbs are very, very hard to seat. You have to get 2 male prongs seated--and there is no room for your fingers to hold bulb--so they give you a suction cup. The fixture is supposed to come with one.

Nice, inexpensive and modern light perked up our guest room.
Very affordable and very easy to install looks great did purchase a better bulb one that was not hot to touch when on for period of time.
Price was great for a two fixtures that provided more than adequate lighting for a large area.
Not enough to say this fixture wasn't a great value, but it was definitely annoying.

I would highly recommend buying led bulbs for this instead of the included halogen bulbs.
