Pros

Love the look of these bulbs in our vintage light fixture. Used this bulb in an open fixture in the kitchen - it looks great. These bulbs illuminate a soft golden light.

Great warm glow for my pendant lights. Give off a nice warm light and fancy up the place a little bit. The vintage look is the icing on top.

None of them has failed in 2 years of operation.

Anything cooler than a normal incandescent bulb, throughout a dimming range is unacceptable to her.

Price

Definitely worth paying a little more for these than your typical boring light bulbs.

I take off one star because of the expense of them.

At almost $10 for a single i would be hard pressed to buy them.

Buying a pack of 12 reduces that price considerable and i'd consider it at that price, but it would still hurt.

Packaging/appearance

Bulbs came well packaged, work perfectly, and have a nice vintage look.

Love the look of these bulbs but one came broken, the box was inside another box so i don't believe it was the shipping.

Competitiveness

I'm new to these types of bulbs so far so good with the globe brand.

Ive had other brands with defects or otherwise shipping mishaps .
