Cons

Very low quality flimsy plastic and looks bad. Good luck cleaning it out or changing bulbs. There are bolts that are not positioned in a place that allows use of a standard electrical box. Replacement is a mess.

Bright future)it successfully lights up our whole living room and the shade bottom is nice for keeping the lighting slightly indirect.

Led bulbs are solid state devices, and solid state devices don't stand up to heat very well.

It does have some slight gapping and the top is open (hence jeff) and the seam in fabric is obvious.

Price

It's a great option for the price and looks more expensive than it was.
