The costco pair are a little more fitted and hit me below the calf. The material is sturdy and wearable.
Cons
The cuff was flared not snug. Go down at least 1 size. They are way too big and baggy in their fit. They also flare out at the bottom; not at all flattering.

I got these i like the style but they were a little tighter than i like so i am exchanging them for the next size up to be a bit more comfortable

The roomyness wasnt too noticeable with the printed patterns but with the solid colors the loose fit was not very flattering
