Pros
This pair seems to run rather large but are still wearable with a belt. Nice higher waist for us bigger and older ladies. But omg, having real pockets is huge!
The fit is really good and they're comfortable and stretchy. They fit great and look amazing also. I have an hourglass shape and these fit me great. Perfect for dress or casual wear.
Cons
These pants are 63% cotton, 24% polyester, 12% viscose, and 1% elastin. Calves are baggy not fitted. There was no stitching around the buttonhole.

The price was too good to resist.
Quality for the price was good, returned and ordered a size 12 which is large enough thru the hips and thighs to be decent to wear.
Packaging/appearance
It's just got a ton of room in the hips/butt and very stretchy - and it doesn't shrink.
Competitiveness
First time i am disappointed in anyway with gloria vanderbilt jean products.
