Cons

The cable is also 1mm when it shod be at least 1,5mm because of the 230v nett. If you want to run the camera off ac and don't care about sound, this is a fine solution. Be warned that it will ruin your in camera sound.

Very good item, works exactly as advertised, came with very good helpful manual.

It seems to be made well and fitment was great except for one problem, the battery door of the t6i.

I only wish the build quality of the dc cable that plugs into the battery were a little more rugged.

Again, the “e18” isn’t referencing the battery but the dc coupler in the package.

Competitiveness

Just as good as the more expensive models

However, the ack-e18 does not work with the rebel t6 or t7, that requires the ack-e10.
