Pros
Bigger pill than your ordinary one, has no taste but works amazing. Just started taking for my knee pain when climbing. The capsules are a little large but not difficult to *.

All three were delivered in the same package, minus any cushioning material. This essential elements gc+ does nothing to help with joint pain.

I've been taking a glucosamine supplement for years and they really helped but never eliminated the hip/pelvic pain.

It just arrived so im not sure on the effectiveness yet but just a heads up even though when selecting the size it says 3490 servings34 it means 90 capsules which is only 30 servings
