However the quite severe muscle soreness i used to get for a couple of days after exercise has been absent from the very start of this new regime and one week later i would say that my digestive system definitely feels better so unless you are willing to carry out a long term systematic trial i would definitely recommend taking all of these products together for this particular set of symptoms
