Great for muscle hydration. Only downside is there is no scooper.
Cons
Bulk supplements' creatine monohydrate doesn't mix well with water. It collects as a foam on the top. The product is awful to consume.
This product is also non refundable / non returnable. I had to get a refund from amazon, then source the product elsewhere.

It works incredibly well at 3 grams but you must eat 150 of carbs and around 4 grams of sodium and drink 45 bottles of water pre workout for it to truly work
