Pros

The device is fast, quiet, and so far, worked flawlessly through the installation and update process. Set up was easy and was exactly what was advertised with windows 11 pro. Easy setup and very fast.

Beware; you will be blown away.

I bought this as something inexpensive to try and play cities skylines 2, a crazy demanding game.

I contacted customer service twice, each time with a setup question, and each time i got a prompt response with the answer i needed.

It was very fast getting it all set up, and signing into windows 11.

It took only a week to receive a factory replacement (k5) after the original k2 was returned return postage was my only expense.

I was very excited to receive this computer and it came a couple days ago.

Packaging/appearance

I love the size and the packaging .

Inside the box, are three nvme slots.

Opening the box felt like christmas to because i was very ready for an upgrade.
