I wish the black lasted longer. Gives just enough lift but this will depend on your needs.

One set lasts 3 weeks. Another product i use which is translucent lasts several months in comparison. Could be a good comfortable anti-slip product otherwise. But this product only is useful for a week or shorter if you sweat a lot.
