As an rdh my dental loupes look brand new! No more painful nose dimples from eyeglass bridge pads. It’s the arms hold the pads. This distributes the pressure across the whole pad.
It works great as anticipated. It is important to find the right size. Very pleased.
It has a hard plastic, square connection piece which clicks into place, so i did not need a screw. They are simple to install, considering that they use teeny tiny eyeglass screws. a pair of tiny screwdrivers is needed to do this.

Find the one that fits your bridge and using the screws from the nose pads which were there, replace the individual pads with the bridge.
