Case is stout as are the drill bits. Case is blow molded but isn't flimsy or spongy. The sizing is a bit off, but for my use that is not an issue.
Two mandrels are included, as well as support bracket for hole saw of 3 and above. The holes were drilled with a drill press, using a lubricating fluid throughout the drilling process.
These are good hole saws and cut through my 24g siding just fine.
Cons
Backplate is as flimsy as aluminum foil. They're very cheaply made.

Seems like pretty sturdy metal that should get a few uses each out all the different sizes.
I’ve used a lot of hole saw bits over the years and a lot of them have been poor quality.
These cutters are very sharp and made of heavy material-not light metal like you see on a lot of hole cutters.
Price
For the price this is a great deal.
For the asking price, these are a heck of a good deal.
If you check around most tct holes can run anywhere from $5-$40 bucks each.
These aren’t too bad for the price.
Shipping
I’m not sure if that is how they left the factory or they just go jostled during shipping.
Packaging/appearance
The "gmtools 12pcs tct hole saw kit" impressed me from the moment i opened the nice case the kit arrived in.
Comes in a box to keep them organized and they have the spring installed on them all to pop the cut off out.
They come quite oily in the box but, i rather have oil than rusted items.
Competitiveness
As compared to my milwaukee hole saws, they perform well.
I have had several other hole saw kits, some i liked and some i didn't, and this one beats them all.
As compared to a similar milwaukee hole saw kit, they are about 1/2 the price.
