Pros

Came packaged as pictured, with jeweler's screwdrivers. Replacing the battery is challenging since everything is so small.

This kit for replacing the battery in my jabra headset is exactly what it purports to be, nothing more and nothing less. Headset good as new. We always get this kit for our owner's headsets, they are totally satisfied.
