Pros

Product as described, works good. Works like charm! Arrived in time advertised. Does what it's supposed to. Definitely does the trick.

Direct connect cord allows me to use it on phones with or without an amplifier. Bought this to connect to my gn2000 headset. Works perfectly with a jabra gn2100 headset and a yealink t21pe2 phone.

Cons

The cable housing was chewed up and the wires were exposed. The wire was exposed.
