Pros

My two kittens love it! Found this while browsing for cat trees. My cats love this condo. My cat loves this perch.

It is a little unstable but you cannot beat the price. It is pretty easy to install. I'm really happy with the product for the price it's pretty sturdy.

But man, is this thing wobbly and petite! Completely came apart from the part connecting it.
