Pros

It wobbles a little bit. And, my large 14 pd muscular cat hangs out on the very top, podium, easily!

The cat absolutely loves this tree. It's fun to watch, and shows the utter * this thing is put through. It is so cute.

My fat cats are begging for more! For the discounted price of 65 dollars it's so worth it to buy. My only fear for the mere $65.

It was super easy to assemble, she's very confident in it as it's very sturdy and trustworthy if put together properly. The assembly instructions are so much better this time around. Great size and price too.

Cons

The tree is wobbly. Unless rested by a wall you are set for a disaster. This is not a trustworthy merchant.

This needs much sturdier base and shelves. It is less sturdy than i would like. I now have a 6' cat tower with a defective part.

The material is soft. The carpet covering is extremely cheap and shreds within a month. The fabric is incredibly thin and sheds like crazy. There's no good way to get from inside the lower condo to the top levels.

This was delivered quickly, easy assembly, by myself took about 30 minutes ( while fighting off curious kittens).

Hopefully i can get a box replacement shipped to me.

Packaging/appearance

The outside the box shows no damage at all and we definitely did not damage it while it was in our closet.

Honestly, i was so terrified that it wouldn't look good with our decor, and had buyer's remorse.

Arrived well packed in one 54 pound box as you can see casey cat inspecting.

I was scared the beige and black cute classic "hamburglar" look, was a mistake.
