Pros

The cat hammmock holds the kitties and they use the scratching ropes to sharpen the claws. Older cat is a big * so he is hesitant to get all the way on top.

The flea collar is too small for my cats. They use paper thin fur that you could poke your finger through. And the bag of screws were opened and screws everywhere. The person who wrote the instructions expects you to read his mind to figure it out.

Bean like to play with the sides and knock it down, but neither have used it.

Price

The price was great ($70) and i feel it has great quality and is a sturdy build.

But actually i was impressed how big it was for the price!

Packaging/appearance

I tried to make screws more sturdy for swing but it just goes through the tree poking holes on the other end leaving it unsafe for my cat.

The side that came broken falls off some times when the cats play and i have to put it back on the hook.

Competitiveness

My 16lb cat loves to get on the top and has no issues.
