Pros

The shaking is part of what riles her up for play time. I like the soft fabric vs carpet or coarse fabric that others have used.

Easy to assemble. Easy instructions. I wish that the parts were labeled in accordance with the diagram so that it would facilitate putting it together.

It matches & now junior sleeps up high. And my cat vinnie loves it! They watch me in the kitchen from this, take treats on it, allow pill dispensing on it.

Unit is big enough to occupy 2 cats. I added a small carpeted ladder to the top of the larger house so it would be easier for our cat to climb up.

Cons

That's where it all went downhill. I am also disappointed that it came from amazon. This one, however, is headed for the dumpster.

The fabric on the posts is not glued well and is falling off. This tower makes her work a chore both climbing and maneuvering around as the layout is weird. We have 5 year old claw poles that are still sturdier than this.
