Pros

Add extra to the cost to cover the shipping. It is awesome and fits crickets aesthetic and he loves it! The cats love it!

The material is super soft and comfortable. But the wood underneath feels thick and durable.

The hammocks are the trickiest part. They like the bowls and the hammock style beds in the middle of the tree.

Cons

This is not a safe structure for cats to climb unless you plan to do the modification as we did. The layout is bad. This layout makes it difficult for your cat to get to the top.

The tower barely held up to our pet cat. At this point it is ready for trash pickup. They reference their email but don't provide one.

Price

A tree like this would cost $270 at petco or somewhere.

It has vines and a woodsy color and the price is half what i thought.

This is a little pricey but that is because this is good quality.

Packaging/appearance

My favorite part was the box, the box kept my cat entertained while i was building the tree.

Only the hardware/bolts were labeled on the packaging.

I didn't know when we got it that the sides of the "boxes" could also be climbable but our kitties climb up the side like spiderman.
