Pros

Stable at the base so it will not tip over when a chunk jumps on. Does have a little wobble even though i’ve tried to tighten all the bolts as tight as they can go. Also very sturdy.

The dimensions fit my window perfectly. It fits perfectly under my office window so my cats can look out and watch the birds.

Both cats use the tree which is the reason i bought it. My cat loves it. All 4 of them love it.

The plush covering is nice quality and holds up well. My 19 pounder is more limber and can get up there with no problems. My fur baby zoey,spends a lot of the day on the very top.

The most popular point is the hammock. We removed the second snuggle box (on the second tier) and she sleeps on that platform or on the 3rd tier. The hammock is high enough for them to get a good vantage point.

Cons

Looks nice at a glance, but materials are very inferior. The carpet area of the posts, once scratched, just fall apart and tear off. There are bare spots from where the have scratched. Either they're fake reviews or i've gotten a cheap knockoff.

Once all the parts were laid out, it was together in less than an hour.

Price

Extremely good value at this price point.

It's a great price and totally worth it.

But for the price even if i only get a couple years out of it i think it will be well worth it.

All in all its a good tree, just wish it wasn't so expensive, i need to replace it soon but can't afford it.

Shipping

Took 9 days to receive it, but definitely worth the money.

The hut/ houses were kind of a pain to put on and shipping was a little slow but i still received it in less than 7 days.

Competitiveness

I had issues with another brand that was just to small for my tigers of 12-20 pounds.

Regardless, this tower far exceeds any other options in my opinion.
