Highlights
Quality
They have been reliable (we have a few that have been installed for over 5 years), easy to install, and work really well.
Excellent product, a bit tricky to include in your network, but once they are in they work as expected.

They have been through 2 hubs, first the staples connect and now smartthings and it has been the same in both instances.
Price
Yes, but for my money this one is the leader.
I ran across these and thought i would give them a try due to their lower price.
Shipping
They processed an rma, paid for return shipping and replaced the unit promptly.
Customer service was good too when i received a defective unit.
Competitiveness
Works well with almond router and alexa.
This dimmer works perfectly with wink and the price is more reasonable.
This was my first one of these, but i actually prefer it over the ge branded zwave dimmers that i've been using.
The only problem is the white color is a little bit different than other white switch.
