This unit is truly plug and play. The image quality is excellent for remote sets. Ran blue ray hdmi to the encoder, 100ft cat6 to the decoders.

Cons

After 14 months that receiver is just dead. This thing is useless. Can’t handle continued hours of play time.

My company bought these to use in our main venues to run tvs with a computer, and they work great, as long as you use cablematters cables.

Below 15 meters cat5e looks great after 15 meters i had to switch to cat6.
