0 cable running to my tcl 43-s515 43inch 4k hdr tv acting as my oversized monitor to get the full 3840x2160 @ 60hz without any issues.
Operation but do not buy this for a chromecast!
****bought this in december 2017 and it died mid-march 2018.
In order to get the vaunted 4k resolution at 60hz refresh rate with this adapter, make sure your tv or monitor has an available hdmi 2.

I ordered this adapter 1282017 today 09262020 it started to flicker on my screen till i removed the adapter
