Pros
It does everything it claims to and it does it perfectly. Works great for that purpose. It works flawlessly. Highly recommend this product.
Zero picture dropouts/interference and the picture quality is great.
Super easy install, about 20 minutes total up with walking up and down in the attic and plugging things in. Worked like a charm after terminating the existing run. Easy setup, works every time.
Small headache, but a company that stands behind their product deserves all the support i can give them. Using quality network cable is important.

This unit worked right out of the box.
Competitiveness
I have a cat6 running form my closet to my tv.
Full 4k video works great across a 100ft cat 5e cable.
Also, vendors tend to lie about cat7's superiority while selling you a rebranded cat6a cable.
The builder had cat5 cables run everywhere but no cable for cable tv.

I used cat 6 im sure it works on cat 5e but with higher bandwidth and poe just go with cat6

I was also a bit dissapointed that the included power adapter only has a us type plug and not a selection of plugs upon ordering or as adaptors in the box

It wasnt hard to find a compatible eu type plug power adapter but it was still a hassle to have to go through

It did link with cat 5 cable ok

It tends to blink green meaning that there is a link but the hdmi io wasnt recognized
