Now it works perfectly fine and i am very happy with the product.
Work as described, little bit slow on switching and when turn it on but works fine quality and very easy to setup and use
The cheap remote that came with the system doesn't work.
No issue so far, image quality is very good and the ability to switch inputs from my smartphone is great.

Also you can’t switch through the pictures individually you have to cycle through them

Works great so far wished they invested a bit into proprietary software rather than just taking bright links utilities

The monitor may go blank for a few seconds when switching but that is due to the hdmi handshaking between the source and the monitor and is not a fault of this device
