This is a great solution when you have a large investment in legacy video equipment using vga technology but you have to interface to new video gear that doesnt support vga or dvi

We have added live streaming functionality based on hdmi but the new equipment only supports hd resolutions that dont match the native projector resolutions

In order to make this all work together we need to both convert the video and scale the resolution
