The flavor is an orange mango and it’s really tasty. This powder mixed well and to my surprise, it has a very palatable sweet citrus flavor.
Cons
The taste is pretty chalky with a hint of citrus, but the clumps are too much for me. This product will not mix with any liquid, it just clumps and therefore you cannot drink it, and quite frankly becomes dangerous if you try to drink the huge clumps ... Read More

Quality
This was actually very good and i could actually drink the product easily.
So far i'm liking it pretty good.
It did get things moving, but in a non-urgent one-and-done sort of way (apologies for the tmi).
Price
Love that it has probiotics too, good price.
Packaging/appearance
The packaging for this is good, i like that it comes in a bag instead of a jar, as it seems like it probably uses less plastic.

It started with metamucil and i ditched that because i was looking for something with less sugar and cleaner ingredients

Metamucil does have a higher end variety that is low sugar but i still liked the idea of trying something higher quality

You have to stir them up not in cold water the stuff doesnt always fully dissolve and drink it fast before it turns into a gel

Ive tried putting the powder in first before water and that was a major fail
