Pros & Cons
Pros
For my torn up skin, this stuff is amazing. Each product identifies the part of the body that it has been designed for. Very highly recommend it.
Gold bind lotion keeps your hands moisturized even after it dries. The lotion itself is non-greasy and absorbs easily. Leaves hands soft and moisturized.
Lotion is on the thicker side. Adds the ingredient dimethicone (yes, the ingredient in acid relief medicine) to their lotion.
Works really well, soaks in, not too greasy, and no obnoxious sweet or medicinal smell. Added benefit is that it’s unscented.
Cons
It has jojoba oil in it and personally i think that is the culprit. It looks like someone cut it open. One after another.
Highlights
Quality
This product works really good on dry hands my hands will start to crack this handcream works good
This is a nice, thick formula that adds the ingredient dimethicone (yes, the ingredient in acid relief medicine) to their lotion.
My hands get so dry that the crack and bleed.
Despite this, it still makes your skin actually feel moisturized and not like the product is just sitting on it/acting as a barrier.
Price
I gave it one less start because i wish it was just a tad cheaper online.
I just couldn't afford the monthly repurchases of the other cream because i constantly wash my hands at work.
I normally use l'occitane hand cream but it is $26 for 1 oz versus this product which is 2.
Packaging/appearance
The product works well but the packaging air pillows it was in with smelled like laundry soap or fabric softener.
Competitiveness
The generic brands i’ve tried are not the same formulation!
I bet i have tried 80% + different creams without any better than gold bond hand cream.
I did not think this cream softened my hands as nicely as other brands.
