Pros

The brushed nickel sink is beautiful and works great. It holds together great. The finish is still as good as the day it was purchased.

Cosmetically, it closely matches the franke sink that it's installed in. Water pressure is great, and it's very easy to switch the stream type. The sprayer works great.

Cons

After installing this faucet, the hot water was reduced to a trickle. The nut that holds the spout into the main body of the valve works its way loose. It is not coming from the nozzle, seems to be the base.

It is very cheaply made and is now locked in an open position. The chrome plating is thin and coming apart. Became loose and couldn’t keep tightening it.

Faucet is basically inoperable. The installation video shows how easy it is to install, but there is no such advice before installing it.

After 2 years, we had an issue with the pause button getting stuck.

Very happy with this item the price is excellent and i believe it is better than those $300 faucets.

I put one in a house several years because i liked it's clean lines and price.
