So easy to use, i have weird autoimmune issues that leaves me with very little hand strength and i found them so easy to install.
Using the included tool firmly press down and turn the spike into the pilot hole until it’s firmly screwed into the shoe sole.
I did 3 spikes on each shoe and they all held after one round of golf.

They gave me the traction i was looking for and was a much cheaper option than buying golf shoes.

I think they’d stay attached better and not feel as bulky under your foot
