It's great for omega 3 and b12 intake and has some calcium, too. It has a good macronutrient balance. High omega-3s and feels like there is no digesting needed. Great protein content here (also from peas).
It is not sweetened, but tastes good both plain and when used in coffee. It has a mellow taste, so sometimes i add vanilla or a teaspoon of maple syrup to sweeten it up.
Cons
For a pack of six 32 oz cartons is a ripoff at $4. One strip of plastic puffs is far from adequate. Maybe it’s the flax that is in the milk?
There’s a slight creaminess to it but not much flavor at all. The only use for it for me is in savory dishes. It is not smooth in texture like it has been previously and makes my coffee chunky.
The search remains for a zero/low carb milk alternative. Added pea starch and pea protein.

Unfortunately, the price has become ridiculous; nearly doubling from when i last purchased it.
Update: good karma foods refunded my full purchase price without my asking.
