Pros

Once in a while, when i am unable to sleep, this product is a lifesaver. Leaves you a little groggy, but not terrible.

Tylenol pm contains 50mg of diphenhydramine hci, plus the pain relief of tylensol. The 50mg pill works fairly quickly and i wake up refreshed, not hungover at all. I recommend switching it up with melatonin, or even valerian root.

This is an economical variation that i'll probably continue to use when needed. The price is pretty inexpensive. Fully intend to order again when needed.

The only slight negative is that these are so strong that the sleep state that you will get in is not easy to come out of unless you take them very early. Being on a random schedule for work, sleep time comes at all hours of the day. I am one of those... Read More

I'm so desperate to sleep, that i'm willing to try any and everything, but these don't work at all. Expiration date is shorter than expected.

For the price i do not believe you can beat the value.

)so all in all, this is an inexpensive sleep aid - i won't use it but 3-4x a year, but when needed, it can be a real help
