The taste is not awful. It leaves a pleasant kind of aftertaste of orange. It is not grainy and i like the orange flavor. It melts well in warm water.

This does what it’s supposed to and cost less than the “most doctor recommended brand’ of propylene glycol. It only knocks once. It sure loosens everything up when you can’t go to the bathroom.

Cons

It's not just this brand it’s all the others that aren’t generic that have these ingredients. Bloat, gas, sick feeling and nothing else. Maybe good for someone without ibs.
