I truly feel this is an amazing dip into minimalism & expands on much more than just the concept of “less” & just throwing everything out.

In particular i think this book and the netflix blue zones documentary pair quite well together.

I liked this better than marie kondo’s book, his thoughts are clean and he has a lot of good points.
