Highlights
Quality
Builds our unique characteristics, not material objects.
A lot of good take-aways to help improve the quality of life we can achieve.
I truly feel this is an amazing dip into minimalism & expands on much more than just the concept of “less” & just throwing everything out.
To get rid of things that no longer had a meaning or served no purpose freed me and my spirit of the heavy weight of stuff in my life.
Price
I found myself underlining key points and really got value from this
I was so unhappy and spent so much money on things trying to cover up the unhappiness.
The information in this book is priceless and i feel as if it was written specifically to me.
Shipping
Mail delivery was 9 days which is fine with me - i don't expect 2-day delivery from secondary vendors.
Packaging/appearance
Packaging was neat and tight - book was well-protected during mailing process.
The book was described as in good condition and arrived in like new condition, in my opinion.
Competitiveness
In particular i think this book and the netflix blue zones documentary pair quite well together.
I liked this better than marie kondo’s book, his thoughts are clean and he has a lot of good points.
