It seems reduce fever and my kid slept better with less pain. I am not a medicine snob -- as long as the active ingredient is the same and the extra stuff isn't bad we are willing to use it.
Acetaminphen for kids - tylenol for kids. Great source for tylenol especially if you have an under the weather kiddo.

Grape flavor isnt horrible and my 10 year old says grape is always the best flavor of any medicine however my 3 year old is at the stage where any medicine is absolutely appalling
