It does what it’s supposed to do, burnout takes a while. Clears congestion within minutes. No problems with spray bottle.

Cons

It says it's identical to afrin. And even the spray quickly drains. If i drizzled it in, as if it's from a neti pot, the * works, but i gag and cough on any the drips down into my *.

A good value for the price, and often my local grocer is sold out of this stuff.

1/2 the price, twice the amount, works faster lasts longer!
