I use these for tmd headaches and they work great! They are easy to take and don't leave a bad aftertaste. I like to use these in the evening because regular goodies have caffine in it.

Cons

Taste is just awful and lingers. It's not even as effective as the tylenol. Save yourself some $$ and just chew tylensol.
