The product works beautifully with an ultra wide angle! Easy to set up. My only complaint is that it gets pretty warm during operaation.

Alerts can be customized from movement and audio to just movement or just audio. The speaker / microphone feature is awesome. The movement sender is pretty sensitive.

The field of few is really nice which makes up for not having a large pan field. I acknowledge that this is the older model and a lot of newer stuff has this. Night vision is decent, picture quality is great with plenty of light.

Software (google home) is buggy, complex, unreliable and unintuitive. It now takes more clicks to use the common features and the interface is terrible.

The nest app is annoyingly over complicated and lacks any intuitive ux design flow. Unfortunately the app only lets you rotate the image 180 degrees. Be aware that the battery nest does not use the nest app, it uses a goggle app.
