Pros

Google's presentation and packaging is a breath of fresh air. The camera is like a wide angle lens in the vertical position. Works as advertised, is worth the money, but the battery does deplete on a monthly basis.

Cons

The battery life is not good. All it says is offline. The software is terrible and keeps warning that the battery is dead even though it is hard wired. Use a wired one without battery or get a different brand.

The video quality on max is worse than my $30 wyze camera which is even recording from inside a window. The pictures were taken zoomed in about halfway to highlight the difference. When it works, the nest camera is fine, so hopefully you don’t need cl... Read More

Google's streaming service is terrible. It takes up to two days to watch certain segments of video. You get half recordings, or so it seems, with this device. When it does record, it’s only for like 2 seconds.

Video quality is great, night vision is great, sound and speaker are also great.

The image quality is also really good as well.

The old version worked better with the app and viewing history.

With the other doorbell, i also had to work very hard to dial in the actual zone that would be used to notify me of people.

Price

It's a great doorbell and the price is reasonable.

I was a little hesitant to purchase due to the price.

The packaging and attention to detail is great.
