Packaging/appearance

I ordered this and what we received was not in a new box and actually didn't work (no sound).

This one was also not in a new box, but, using the converter, this one does work properly.

This came in the box and right away i noticed that the charging cable was not the official nest charger since this was my 3rd google nest.

Competitiveness

The replacement has an international plug base (not for the us market) but a us plug converter was included.
