Giving five stars so people see this review as people would not see unless going to most recent reviews after seeing peoples reviews it obviously a faulty product that should not be for sale sent by straight back before installing and having a faulty product in time to come thank you for reviews informing me of the known fault

This thermostat has some nice features that i havent seen in other thermostats that i tried hive and salus

Id give it 5 stars if it worked right first time but i encountered two issues with it it requires either a wired connection with a hub or 12v power supply i used 12 v power supply with it from my old router you can also buy a separate stand for it if you dont want to fit it on the wall

The battery in the thermostat is there only for power outages to store the settings and it doesnt last long enough to not supply power to the device

So the installation requires either drilling the wall to connect it with a wire to your hub or separate power supply or the stand sold separately
