Pros & Cons
Pros
Ordered this hen ii here on amazon. Love the nest learning feature as the system remembers and adjusts to our heating/cooling schedule automatically. The thermostat along with the temp sensors show a great picture of what's happening in the house.
Was very easy to install & works exactly as described. Great system and was an easy learning curve.
Cons
After 10 hours of troubleshooting, the google thermostat still won't connect to wifi. Google tech support has no access to logs, so they have no answers for why a system is misbehaving. The company charges 99.
Totally unacceptable. Just stay away.
