It was perplexing on how to install because the app kept identifying my other nest and some other device maybe a neighbors

The app walks you through the steps a bit tedious but helps verify the wiring

The google home app works but is a bit harder to use to schedule all seven days than the old nest app

The surface of the nest is an interesting mirror but the temperature does show up as a default triggered by a proximity sensor

I bought the nest and the instructions were much better turned out my white wire was really yellow
