Cons

This thermostat misses the mark and is a nightmare to install. The fix for me is $1200 in labor. Without a sizable rebate from our electric utility, probably would have never purchased this product.

There is literally nothing in the box that helps sort any of this out. Flipped the breaker off and on, nothing. C’wire no power.

It resets every 24 hours. Can’t connect to wifi and try to reset couple time. My wife's account spends more time being disconnected than being able to change settings.

The temp reading is over 10 degrees off! Arrived at home to lethargic pets, high heat and humidity.

Luckily, my air unit can work with this without any additional c-wiring like my wyze that i could not get it to work and could not return.

The old one would never shut off and my bf would be freezing in the middle of the night.
